Skills for Growth: the Workforce Development Program (“Program”) is a Victorian Government initiative dedicated to working with Small and Medium Enterprises (“SMEs”) to explore training and education opportunities that will benefit the business and develop the skills of their staff.
The Program provides businesses with their choice of an independent specialist to work with business owners and staff, at no cost, to review staff skills, plan for the future and identify training opportunities for employees.
