Company Director, Innovative Business Training Pty Ltd, a Nationally Registered Training Organization. Studied leadership and management styles by completing a research project at Nijenrode University Netherlands and IBM Europe. Studied Language and Culture at Salitiga Universitas, Java, Indonesia. Wendy, received a travelling scholarship from the Victorian State Government in 1998 to lead a team researching Quality Management Principles, Equity and Diversity in Malaysia and Singapore. She has operated her own business for 14 years as a trainer and consultant working with SME's, large corporations and government departments. Wendy's awareness of culture and business practice include; Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, India, China, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, France, Germany, England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Egypt, Turkey, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

DAVID KAY

David Kay is the Director of David Kay Training and Development. He has previously been Vocational Education Adviser for the European Union funded Education and Training HRD Programme. Prior to this role he was Team Leader of the AusAID funded PNG Occupational Skills and Standards Project. David has worked in Sri Lanka on an ADB funded project as a Skills Standards and Assessment Adviser. He has also worked on AusAID funded TVET projects in China and India as well as in the private sector in Malaysia and Indonesia developing and delivering professional training and working in higher education. David is currently consulting to the Samoan Government to assist in the implementation of a vocational training qualifications framework. David has delivered conference papers at TVET conferences in Austria, Greece, Cuba and Australia. In Australia, David has managed the development of industry competencies, the development of national curriculum, the development of national teaching and learning and assessment materials and facilitated professional development for public and private sector TVET staff.  He has also managed a private Registered Training Organisation in Australia and provides quality auditing services to training organisations. David is the author of two books about workplace training and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Australian Society of Authors. He holds post graduate qualifications in Education.

SHARON SIMPER

Sharon is an experienced IT trainer with a broad and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products. IBT has been lucky to have her expertise for over 10 years. Sharon is a very popular trainer with our clients due to her easy going nature and down to earth approach . Sharon has been involved with course development as well as delivery in Australia, England and New Zealand. Her career includes; Help Desk Manager - NetConnect Communications, Training Consultant - Lynx IT Training, London and Training Consultant - Computerland, New Zealand. Sharon is also a proud mum to Georgie and Lachlan. Sharon, her husband Mike and the kids enjoy bike riding and bush treking together in Australia and New Zealand.

ALANA TAGLIABUE

BSC (Veterinary Biology)/Bach Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (Current), Bach of Biological Science, Dip of Business, Cert III in IT.

Alana has an important role at IBT. She takes care of general admin including: submissions of the AVETMISS statistical data, registering and administering credentials, student surveys and website maintenance. Alana participated in the 2002 Food and Hotel Asia trade show with the IBT Diploma of Business students in Singapore. She has travelled extensively in both Australia and internationally including: Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Fiji and New Zealand. Alana is currently studying Veterinary Science at Murdoch University in Perth, where she lives with her partner Matt. Her other interests include animals, wildlife and the environment, planning holidays and travel, food, live music, bike riding and maintaining her vegie patch.

SUZANNE LOUBRIS

Suzanne has 15 years experience in training and development both in Australia and abroad. She is a specialist in emotional intelligence and works across all organisational levels, from managing directors to front line staff. She guides organisations through behavioural change. Suzanne also works with groups in the areas of conflict resolution, and with individuals in the areas of coaching and counseling. She specializes in using experiential learning techniques were appropriate. Whether working with groups or individuals, Suzanne is passionate about learning and change and holds it her personal mission 'To help others lead a more effective life'. Suzanne has worked with a number of organizations including Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Victorian Metropolitan Library's, Austin Hospital , Linfox and a multinationals such as Eskom, Nabisco, Robertson's Spices, South and Clientele.

KAYE MORGAN

Kaye has a broad and extensive experience in education that spans over 40 years. She has taught in Victorian Primary Schools for 17 years, been a Principal for 25 years, a District Liaison Principal for 3 Years and has consulted on various literacy projects. During her highly recognized career she has worked in rural, urban, city and international school settings, including America. Kaye’s area of specialist knowledge and qualification is Literacy, and her innovative approach to learning has gained her national recognition. In her teaching years she pioneered a multi-faceted literacy program which was recognized state wide, and provided much of the foundation approach currently implemented in the Primary schools  Early and Middle Years Literacy Programs and “Reading Recovery”. Her role at IBT will be as a support liaison officer between the trainers and students. Kaye will be a mentor to students who have had past learning challenges with literacy and numeracy. Her very ‘hands on’ approach will support students in their individual endeavour into new areas of skill development. 

PIERRE LOUBRIS

Pierre’s qualifications have focused on Change management and Strategic thinking. He has 10 years experience in managing staff at all levels of organisations including executive levels and he has 15 years experience consulting to Management of both Australian and international organisations on leadership. He has consulted to more than 200 organisations, in the services industry, government organisations and in manufacturing. He has broad experience in working with people of all cultures and levels of expertise.  Pierre has become a specialist in the areas of leadership development, corporate governance, risk management and change management. Pierre has managed the process of change with individuals, teams, systems and processes to create alignment with and to promote achievement of strategic corporate objectives. Pierre prides himself on bringing humour to the learning experience. He enjoys using fun and engaging learning techniques to maintain the interest of participants. In his spare time Pierre enjoys refereeing children in rugby union, spending time with his family, reading and enjoying a glass of red wine with close friends.

George is an experienced software engineer that runs his own web development and consultancy company. He has assisted both small and large companies in developing online solutions and websites to assist their companies in getting online on the information superhighway. George has 10 years of experience with designing and developing web pages and 4 years experience in server side technologies and database management. George understands that not everyone is an engineer, and he is renown for describing things in a non-technical, easy to understand manner.
